Welcome to our web site! If you would like to join our discussions you must apply to join our private group on Facebook, Farrier Trainers America. Please see the site rules and the By Laws listed on this web site you must abide by in good faith to remain a member. This Facebook page also serves as our membership contact directory. There is no membership fee or tuition to join us or receive training from us. We do ask that you provide some materials and tools or cover the cost incurred by us for steel, shoes, propane, coal etc for your training dependent on what you will need help with and what your goals are. Appropriate donations are gladly accepted. Our contact information and company information is listed on the following pages. We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you!

Early December 2024 - Per our By Laws, The FTA Board and CEO will conduct a conference call (corporate meeting open to members) annually in the first week in December (details, date and time to be announced on this web site and our Facebook page) for those who are interested. Agenda and discussion items will be sent out by November 30th. Recommendations and discussion / decision needed input for the meeting is required from all members to the CEO or Executive Director no later than October 15th please.
